Badminton

Badminton is as competitive and as tough as any other sports. Under the regular training program, our Badminton players are as fit if not fitter than any other sportsmen or women. Badminton is a game that demonstrates speed, stamina, agility, power and also delicate skills and touches. It is also a game of strategies, tactics and mental fitness. In Badminton, we value the sport for enjoyment and fitness as part of a healthy balanced lifestyle, as well as competitively.

Skill-based Training

The twice weekly session of 3 hours each is designed in such a way where skills are taught on a progressive manner. Those who have mastered the basic skills shall move on to the intermediate level after coach’s assessment each session. This systematic structure of training gears students towards competition amongst secondary schools each year.
